Craving Fulfilled: My Unexpected Shawarma Stop

Finding food is better than eating the same food every day. There were many food stores around the town where I work that I haven't discover yet.

Some food store were recently opened and there were some that were opened for many years but I haven't been discover yet because of my busy work.

I'm a fan of discovering new things or places especially when we were talking food. You already knew why I am a fan and you can see almost in my blogs about food.

Whenever that I saw new things or food to my eyes that I think was good or delicious, I would surely buy that. Mostly, they were good but there were some that I didn't expect that are not as good as I think.

Anyway, I am here at the plaza here in the place where I work. I went here because it's where my feet bring me after my work. Although, in the plaza, I have been here before and there were lots of stalls that usually sells street food but I saw another food stall that were new.

This new food stall sells shawarma and this kind of food is what that I am looking in my own hometown since there were no available shawarma in my old hometown. But now, I can see this stall and I want to try this one because after I saw this, I am craving for this food.

The shawarma is a little bit expensive than what I used to buy for this one. Maybe the inflation hits very hard that even these kind of food were more expensive than before.

Shawarma is not the only food that this stall sells but varieties of other street foods that it sells. Just like lemonade if you were thirsty after eating shawarma or even the fruit soda that is made from soda with a little bit fruit powder?.. I don't know if it's real fruit or not but I'm mostly certain that it's not real fruit and it's made from powder.

Although, there were juice that they sell but I only shawarma because that's what I only like. Juices like this that the stall sells was not my type even if they are new from the store.

Most of the time, the meat of the shawarma were mostly beef and there were two kinds of shawarma in the menu. One was the shawarma only and the other one was the shawarma with lots of cheese on it.

I like cheese but for this time, I only chose the shawarma without cheese since I only want to taste test the original shawarma like the usual shawarma and not with cheese. I thought that there's option for all meat for shawarma but there isn't.

After I confirmed my order, the cashier/maker started making the order that I've made which was the shawarma. He knew how to make it and I saw him on making the shawarma that I ordered.

Just the usual process of making shawarma, like the thin dough and then putting some meat, vegetables, and sauces. That's the process of making Shawarma and the usual ingredients for making it. Except for those stores who wants to make their own Shawarma with different styles.

Well, I went home after getting my order because I want to try to eat the Shawarma in my home since I am busy and needed to work after.

When tasting it, yeah, it's really shawarma with lots of vegetables on it and there's this meaty meat that is very juicy. Although, it's not as good as the original shawarma which was Turks that's my favorite but it's still as good as it is.
