A Wedding We Attended on Our Lunch Break

Yesterday, there was an event that we went during lunch time together with most of my colleagues. That event was none other than a wedding.

It was a wedding from our colleagues, too, and actually the two of them were employees in the said company that I worked for and it was one of their moments to have wedding together because it's not that most of the time there's a wedding that happened of the employees.

It's also once in a lifetime experience to have a wedding. So, yeah, we only went there during lunch time because we have work to do during working hours and we were happy and glad seeing the groom and the bride in their wedding.

Well, it was their most awaited part of their life where they have a wedding together and a moment with their life and although, we didn't saw the vows during their wedding which held at the church but the happiness that they give in the reception was overwhelming.

We went to the reception during lunch time and we saw that there were a couple of people that went there and as well as a couple of employees.

We were getting free lunch to the reception hall and we were glad that we have free lunch at that time and of course, we didn't forget the wedding gifts that we gave to the newly wed couples.

For the weddings gifts, we just wrap it up by department and we just splitting the price of our gift that we were going to give.

So, we gave a gift which was glass type food container which was a pricey for a price of one but we split the price to our department so that we could pay it for a cheap price.

At the time that we went there, which was lunch time, there were only a few food left in the food section because some of the food were already empty and only the noodles and the lechon were left.

So, we went to the food section and grab the food that were available which was the noodles and the lechon. The lechon was one of my favorite food especially the skin of the lechon that is very crispy.

After I got the food for my lunch in my plate, I went to one of the tables so that I can put my plate and eat the food in my plate.

We were eating casually and looking at the place and some other employees joined in to the table and after eating the food, we went to the newly wed, which was the bride and the groom.

We went there because we want to take photos with the bride and the groom together so that they will have remembrance that we were there at their wedding as well as ourselves to get remembrance, too.

After taking photos, we went to our company because the lunch time was almost over and we will continue doing our work.
