7-Eleven Sale: The Sale That Almost Got Sweeter

Howdy! It was a lovely day last Friday and there was some discount sale to some of the food products in one of the famous store here in the town.

The 7 Eleven store had their discounted sale to their selected products and it was a three day sale that they offer from August 29th to August 31st. They have their sale because it's the end of the month sale that they offer.

Together with my colleague, we went to the 7 eleven store during lunch break that we had from our company. After we ate our lunch, we went directly into this store and we bought some selected items that was on sale.

One of the products that they had one sale was this Calamansi Drink (lemon drink) they offer a 50% discount on this drink when you buy one. From original price of 99php to 49php only during that day.

We were going around and around the place looking for something that has a discounted price just like a donut that when you buy one, you can but another donut at 50% discount. Or other products that were on sale. There were other customers but they only chose the items that they like and not looking for some discounted items.

Also, they were also offering a sale on their ice cream, an ice cream that when you bought one 1.3L tub of ice cream, you can get a free selecta 3in1 ice cream.

It's a good deal for this ice cream because when you buy one, you can get a free one ice cream. At that time, we were planning to buy this because we were craving for ice cream.

There were lots of ice creams that were in the freezer and we chose this coffee crumble for the ice cream of 1.3L and this 3in1 ice cream for free.

When we were at the counter to pay for the items that we bought, the cashier first punch the ice cream but sadly, it didn't get the FREE 3in1 ice cream and we were disappointed to see that the ice cream was not yet reflected in their server for this discount. Although, the Calamansi Juice was at a discounted price when punching but the ice cream was not.

We hesitated on buying the ice cream but in the end, we bought the ice cream but only the 1.3L ice cream and that was the coffee crumble flavor of ice cream as well.

So, from this store, we only bought 3 bottles of 1L of calamansi juice drink and this 1.3L coffee crumble ice cream. We will going to share this ice cream with our colleagues when we got home to our company.
