Today is the last day of August and the next will be "Ber" months. I hope those months will have no more storms and floods. Our weather this week is calm like the moon and stars at night. The sun looks shy to show its intense heat. After my previous post my itchiness went away. I was able to sleep soundly but because of my live streaming apps I needed to finish my tasks before sleeping. I'm trying and finding ways to earn money. It's really hard when my kids ask me something and I can't give them what they need or want.
I'm happy because the cellphone I bought to my son a year ago is still working fine. It's worth 7500 pesos or $131 I pay through my own money. But now my phone is about to give up because it's battery is often low.
Last week was their ID pictorial. The kids were so happy to have their own card like they knew how important it is. The secretary of the school even took pictures of the kids.
1:40 PM was the dismissal of their class. Look at the weather It was so cool that day. Me and Ria were happy to walk with her classmates and their mom. They liked the view of our place and they saw our house. They knew that we were soaked in floods everyday because the water hadn't subsided. Even boots are not helpful. Then my co-parents said that they have had the same situation before. I don't know if I'm enlightened with her words!
Aside from my son repairing our window he also repaired our door. I didn't know his personal problems in school. He said that he has a blank grade in his subject. His teacher told him that if I can't go to the school they need to visit our house. And he said yes sir you can, you just need to ride in a boat and soak in the flood. His teacher was speechless, and the next day they told him that he has another chance to have a grade. His classmate saw our house and said, you still live there? If I were you I would stop studying! No wonder he was bullied in school... And his father didn't understand him at all...
Life may be challenging, I admire your strength and positivity. Despite the floods and struggles you still find moments with your kids.
yikes... that flooding looks devastating.
I like the attitude of your son sissy I now deep inside he found difficult how his journey in school and the situation at your home but despite of it all. He remained obedient and do the task what's for him. Also Ria at that age she knows how to adjust sissy, even though life is tough look at the bright side sissy you have loving daughters and son sissy with a supportive husband. Have a blessed weekend sissy
