The parathas are a nice alternative rice, but most meals we eat with rice because it's cheaper. They are technically my stepdaughters, but I've been with my youngest since she was 2, and now I think she reads at the same level as a native English speaker her age.
Oh it's my first time to hear about Paratha. Same here in my country, we are an avid eater of rice due to its availability.
