Fixing Our Water Source

Good morning everyone, I hope you are having a great day. Today I will be sharing some of the things that we do in the province.

This morning my mother called me, she showed me that the water coming out from the hose that fills our tank is little. So she asked me if I can go with her to fix it.

It's my brother who usually fix this when I'm not around so I'm not familiar to where the source is located that's why my mother guided me.

It's like a little more than a kilometer walk, it's near but the terrain is really steep and the way is not that clean since not much people go here.

We have to squeeze between the bamboos too, it's easier than making a new way.

As always bubay is with us, she always join us whenever we go walking. I think she came with us to hunt, she sniffs everything in the way, maybe she's picking up some scent.

Along the way we also saw green Bugnay, maybe I'll come back to get some when they will be ripe.

Finally we arrived at the other tank where the main source drops water , many get there water from this tank.

My mother is resting while Bubay is playing with her.

When I went to check inside , it is full of green algae, so I think that's what is blocking our hose allowing only a little water to pass through.

So I did a little cleaning, I scraped all the moss in the side of the tank and drained all the water to make it cleaner.

After cleaning, I removed all the hoses to see if the water flows in all of them. I made sure everyone gets a fair share of the water since we all need it.

After checking that it flows well, I inserted back all the hoses, now I get why they just build a small tank. Seven of us get water from here so the tank never fills up even if its just small.

So we went back home home, we took other way going back. My uncles Banana is starting to bear some fruits, the water here allows us to grow this fruits and we are very thankful for that.

Upon arriving I checked if the water flow got stronger.

It is now stronger, I guess I need to visit the other tank once in a while to clean it. And this is what I love about the province , the water free flows and we can use it every time we want.
