Hello everyone!
Hope all are safe and well! ☺️❤️🙏
Another day has come, and with it another chance to keep striving. Every morning, I remind myself that even if things are not perfect, what matters is the effort and the willingness to move forward. Today was one of those days when I had to think carefully about what I could sell, given my limited stocks. My plan to sell fried chicken had to be set aside for now because I still don’t have chicken stocks. Instead of feeling discouraged, I chose to look at what I do have and what I can do. 💪
Today’s items for sale were waffles and ice candy. ☺️

Since fried chicken was not an option, I paused for a moment and asked myself, What else can I prepare? That’s when the idea of making waffles came to mind. It may sound simple, but for me, it was another reminder that small ideas can still turn into something helpful. I prepared the waffle batter using pancake baking mix, margarine, cheese, and water. For the toppings, I added chocolate to pour on top whenever customers bought waffles. It was affordable, simple, and something both kids and adults could enjoy. ☺️
The best part was that while I was able to sell waffles, we also got to enjoy them as our free snacks at home. That’s one thing I truly appreciate about having a small food business, you don’t just earn a little, you also get to share and enjoy what you make with your family. ☺️❤️

After making the waffles, I continued with preparing ice candy and ice. Ice candy has really become a good addition to my small business, especially on warm days. It may not seem much, but every piece sold counts. I carefully poured the mixture, tied them one by one, and placed them in the freezer, hoping they would freeze well and sell nicely later tomorrow. 💪

Days like this remind me that running a small business is not always about having complete stocks or perfect plans. Sometimes, it’s about being flexible and creative. You work with what’s available and trust that God will bless the effort. It’s not always easy, and there are days when sales are slow, but I’ve learned to appreciate even the smallest progress. 💪🙏
What I love most about this kind of small business is that it gives more than just income. It gives lessons of patience, perseverance, and gratitude. Being able to provide free food for the family from what I sell feels like a blessing on its own. It may be simple waffles and ice candy, but they come with hard work, hope, and prayers. 💪🙏
At the end of the day, I feel tired but content. I may not have sold everything I planned, but I did my best, and that’s enough for today. Tomorrow is another chance to try again, to improve, and to keep believing that small efforts will eventually lead to something bigger. 💪🙏
Have a Blessed Tuesday everyone! 😀😀😀💖💖💖
