Sweet Surprises: From Ice Candy to Homemade Popsicles ☺️❤️

Hello everyone!

Hope all are safe and well! 😊❤🙏

Today I’m excited to share my new product, the homemade popsicles! ☺️

Actually, I didn’t really plan to make popsicles. My original plan was just to continue making ice candy as usual. But while preparing everything, I realized I was already short of ice candy wrappers. Instead of stopping and feeling frustrated, I looked around the kitchen and thought of what I could do with what I had available.

Good thing we still had some 5oz disposable glasses and popsicle sticks at home. That’s when the idea came to my mind, why not turn the remaining ice candy mixture into popsicles? ☺️ Sometimes, the best ideas really come unexpectedly. ☺️

So I poured the mixture carefully into the disposable glasses, placed the popsicle sticks in the center, and wrapped them using the available ice wrapper just to keep them clean and protected while freezing.

While waiting for them to freeze, I felt a little excited. It may sound simple, but trying something new always gives me a different kind of joy. It reminds me that even small adjustments can lead to something better. ☺️

And this is now the finished product, my homemade popsicles, for sale at 10 pesos each. ☺️

Seeing them all frozen and ready made me smile. Who would have thought that running out of wrappers would lead to a new product idea? Sometimes, what we think is a problem is actually an opportunity in disguise. ☺️

This also brought back childhood memories. When I was a child, I really loved popsicles. Every time there was a vendor passing by our village, ringing his little bell to call customers, I would immediately run outside and buy one. That simple sound of the bell meant happiness for me. Popsicles were such a small thing, but they made my childhood extra sweet. ☺️❤️

Now, making popsicles myself feels like a full-circle moment. From being the excited little girl waiting for the vendor, to now being the one who makes and sells them. Life really moves in beautiful ways. ❤️

My nephew was so happy when he found out I made popsicles. He was very eager to taste one. When he finally did, his face lit up with joy. ☺️ Even though it was just the same ice candy mixture, he was extra happy because it was in popsicle form. Sometimes presentation really adds excitement! ☺️❤️

Seeing him happy made my heart full. It’s moments like this that remind me why I keep trying, creating, and finding ways to improve little by little. Not everything has to be big or grand. Even small business ideas and simple products can bring joy not just income, but happiness. 💪☺️❤️

I’m also proud of myself for not giving up just because of a small shortage. Instead of disappointment I chose to think of another way. That small decision gave me a new product to sell and a new experience to share. ☺️💪❤️

Have a Blessed Wednesday everyone! 😀😀😀💖💖💖

Thank You Lord for the blessings and love!

Be grateful in every little/simple things and you’ll find happiness you ever wanted! 😀😀😀

Everyday is worth to be grateful of!

Praying for the safety and wellness of all.

This popsicle in stick was in trend when I was still a kid.

You gave me an idea why not made one in the next day.
Do you add cornstarch in the mixture?
