My Homemade Gummy Aloe Vera Treat πŸ˜‹πŸ˜Šβ€

Hello everyone!

Hope all are safe and well! πŸ˜Šβ€πŸ™

It has been another very warm day here, and because of the hot weather, I have been trying my best to stay hydrated and also take care of my skin. 🀭 Yesterday early morning, my father gave me a freshly harvested aloe vera from my sister's garden. I was very happy because aloe vera is one of my favorite natural plants to use at home. Aside from being refreshing, it is also known for many benefits, especially for soothing burns and skin irritation. ❀️

As some of you knows, I had some burns, so my father thought of giving me fresh aloe vera to help treat it naturally. I truly appreciate simple gestures like this because they remind me how caring our parents are even in the smallest things. Nature really gives us many useful plants that can help us in our daily lives. ☺️

As soon as I received the freshly harvested aloe vera, I washed it carefully and peeled off the thick green skin. Inside was the clear jelly-like gel that looked so fresh and clean. I separated some of the gel to make aloe vera juice while I experimented with the rest and made something I now call my gummy aloe vera. πŸ˜„

What made it interesting was that I only mixed the aloe vera gel with Bear Brand powdered milk. I did not expect much at first, but when I mixed them together, the texture became stretchy and gummy-like, almost like soft rubber or jelly candy. It was funny and fascinating to see! I became even more curious to taste it. ☺️

The texture looked unique and playful. It was soft, sticky, and chewy at the same time. I honestly enjoyed touching and stretching it because it felt like edible slime or jelly.

When I finally tasted it, I was surprised because it actually tasted good! The creamy flavor from the powdered milk blended nicely with the mild and refreshing aloe vera gel. I did not expect myself to enjoy it this much, but I honestly liked it. It felt like a simple homemade snack made out of curiosity and creativity. ☺️

As I kept sipping and chewing it, it seemed like the gummy aloe vera never ended because of its long stretchy texture. It made me laugh because every sip felt extra long and fun. Sometimes the simplest homemade experiments turn out to be unexpectedly enjoyable. ☺️

Meanwhile, the aloe vera juice I prepared was placed inside the refrigerator to chill. Drinking cold aloe vera juice feels so refreshing, especially during this hot season. Every time I feel thirsty or warm, I just get some from the fridge and enjoy its cooling effect. Staying hydrated is truly important nowadays because the heat can easily make us feel tired and drained.

I also realized that preparing natural drinks and homemade food can be relaxing and enjoyable. It gives me happiness knowing that something fresh and healthy came directly from nature and was prepared with love at home. ☺️❀️☺️

Have a Blessed Wednesday everyone! πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–

Thank You Lord for the blessings and love!

Be grateful in every little/simple things and you’ll find happiness you ever wanted! πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Everyday is worth to be grateful of!

Praying for the safety and wellness of all.

Heal Our Land Oh God!
