Moalboal Travel Part 1 : My First Solo Travel in Cebu South 🥰

In just a week after my travel to Alcoy with a friend and her family, I had my first solo travel in Cebu South at Moalboal. It is my first ever solo travel in exploring Cebu South.

Why Moalboal?

I didn't expected that I can travel alone by myself. 😀 It so happen when I had a conversation with a fellow Hiver living in Moalboal. And decided to travel to Moalboal. You can check it here of why I end up travelling alone to Moalboal. 😀

My Moalboal Solo Travel Journey - June 18, 2022

My journey started about 7am when I left my boarding house..What I have in me is a back pack with my personal things and a sling bag. I am a excited and a bit nervous of my solo travel. 😁

It takes me more than hour waiting and riding a bus to Cebu South Bus terminal. As I arrived at the terminal, there are already many travellers. I patiently lined up and waited for my turn at the cashier. When I am paying for my trip, the cashier told me that there's no a available Aircon and non-aircon buses for my trip destination. But, she told me that if I am willing to wait about 1-2 hours there are coming buses. I said, I am willing to wait and I chose the non-aircon bus due to my travel sickness. 😁

When I got my ticket, I headed to the gate area of my trip destination. There are lots of passengers stranded waiting for the buses. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to capture some pictures because people are too close to each other and I have to get my way out to the waiting area of my bus.

In just few minutes of sitting and waiting for the bus to arrive, a conductor come and been shouting because there is one non-aircon bus going to Bato that didn't depart yet. He's been looking for another passengers to fill in their bus. So, I didn't waste any time and get up from my seat and give my ticket to him to scan. Luckily, I was able to ride the bus without waiting for an hour or two as what the cashier said. 😀 The only vacant seat of the bus is at the back. Eventhough, I am occupying the back seat I am still thankful that I travel earlier. I also enjoy the long trip because travel sickness didn't attack me. 😁 Everytime that I travel I have ready plastic bags in case of emergency. 😁

After three long hours of ride, I arrived at my destination. I stop by at Gaisano Grand Moalboal. The motorcycle drivers been asking me where I am going. I just told them that someone gonna fetch me. 🥰

I patiently waited a @luckylaica. A fellow Hiver I met for the very first time. She pushed me to realized my Moalboal solo trip. 🥰 I already shared a link above on how I ended travelling to Moalboal alone and check it out my first meeting with a fellow Hiver living in Moalboal. 😀

I am truly grateful when @luckylaica offered me to drive to Panagsama Beach. She's really kind and thoughtful. 🥰 Good thing is she knows the place because she once work there.

She dropped me at the hotel I gonna stay for a night. Then, she drive back home. As I get inside the hotel, the receptionist welcome me and accompany me to my room. When I am alone in the room, I arrange my things and checked the hotel. I gonna make a different blog about my stay in the hotel.

After checking the hotel, I went out and explore the Panagsama Beach. Fronting the hotel is a barbeque house. In a separate blog I have a controversial story to share at that barbeque house. 😁

From the hotel, I headed to the beach even the sun is still up. I was able to capture a beautiful view at the beach. The sea, the sun, the clouds, the sky, the boats, the tourists makes the view stunning. ❤️

There are life vests and other swimming gear for rent when snorkeling or diving to see the turtle and the sardines run.

As I explore the area, I noticed that Panagsama beach is loaded of inns and hotels, restaurants and bars, etc. Each establishments are so close to all. I have here random photos of the place. I am making myself familiarise of the place.

When I get tired of roaming around. I go back to the hotel and had a rest. That's all for now. I gonna share the controversial thing at night in the next part of my story. 🥰
