Hello everyone!
Hope all are safe and well!
Being an insurance agent means more than just closing a sale. It means going out, meeting people, listening to their stories, and guiding them toward financial preparedness. It’s about being present not just in business but in people’s lives.
In my journey, I’ve met not only clients but also reconnected with friends. One of them is @luckylaica, a dear friend from Hive. I once invited her to join our Manulife Grand Life Champions event, and I’m so happy she said yes. It's fulfilling to see people close to me become part of the mission to help others through financial literacy.
Every week, I go out and meet clients, some are new faces, some are familiar ones. I bring with me not just brochures or calling cards, but a heart that’s ready to listen, understand, and guide. I believe that being financially prepared isn’t just about wealth, it’s about peace of mind. It’s about making sure that when uncertainties in life happen, families are protected.
Sharing about insurance and protection isn't easy especially when speaking to people I know personally. Some are skeptical, some unsure. But I continue, because I know how important this work is. I also spend time with fellow agents and colleagues, exchanging ideas and giving each other strength to keep going even when we’re tired or discouraged.
I’ve also reached out to friends some of them are surprised when I start talking about financial literacy, insurance, and critical illness protection. Talking to people you know can sometimes be more challenging than talking to strangers. But I continue, because I know how important it is. The truth is, it’s not easy educating people about financial preparedness. It takes patience, understanding, and consistency.
I even did an exhibit in our community so people could learn more about insurance and why it’s important to be prepared. I'm doing my best to raise awareness about financial security and protection. It’s not easy, but I believe it's worth it.
This month is particularly challenging. We have a required quota to meet in order to stay active in the industry. To be honest, there are months when I make no sales. And every time that happens, it feels like my career is at risk. There’s a part of me that wants to give up. But there's also a stronger part that hopes. Hopes that before this month ends, I’ll reach the required sales so I can continue helping people as an insurance agent. If I don’t, everything might end. But I pray and keep going.
As a financial advisor, I also have to be available anytime a client calls. It’s part of the commitment I made, to walk with them not just in planning, but in life’s unexpected turns.
The photos I’m sharing today capture moments of this journey. They remind me why I keep going, even when it’s hard. Because every person I meet is a chance to make a difference.
Thank you for being part of my story. If you’ve read this far, maybe it’s time we talk about your story too.
Have a Blessed Saturday everyone! 😀😀😀💖💖💖
Thank You Lord for the blessings and love!
Be grateful in every little/simple things and you’ll find happiness you ever wanted! 😀😀😀
Everyday is worth to be grateful of!
Praying for the safety and wellness of all.
