Healing Naturally: Finding Comfort in Simple Home Remedies πŸ˜Šβ€πŸ™

(edited)

Hello everyone!

Hope all are safe and well! πŸ˜Šβ€πŸ™

Today, I just want to share a little update about how I’ve been feeling these past few days. I’ve been dealing with a cough, and although I’m not yet fully okay, I can say that I’m slowly getting better day by day. And for that, I am truly grateful. πŸ™

Whenever I’m not feeling well, I always try to find simple ways to help myself feel better. I’ve always believed in starting with natural remedies before taking any medicine, especially for common illnesses like cough. There’s something comforting about using what we already have at home. It's all simple, natural, and made with care. ❀😊

Over the past few days, I’ve been doing my usual routine. I eat small pieces of unripe calamansi, because I believe it helps soothe my throat. I also drink boiled water with ginger, garlic, and oregano. It may not taste the best, but I know it’s good for my body. These are remedies I’ve learned over time, and I’ve grown to trust them. πŸ™

Aside from that, I’ve also been making fresh juices. Recently, I made aloe vera juice and apple juice, and now, I decided to try something different, the fresh ponkan juice. I love how refreshing it is, and at the same time, I feel like I’m giving my body something natural to help with recovery. πŸ™

This time, I made a small change. Instead of adding powdered juice flavor like I usually do, I added mucolytic powder, the same one my father uses for his cough. Since I still have a cough, I thought it might help me feel better as well. This is actually the first time I used a commercial medication since I started feeling unwell. 😊

So far, everything has been going well. I can feel that my cough is not as bad as before, and little by little, I am improving. It’s not an instant recovery, but I’m learning to appreciate the small progress each day. πŸ˜Šβ€πŸ™

This experience reminded me how important it is to listen to our body. Sometimes, all we need is rest, patience, and a little help from nature. Healing doesn’t always have to be fast. It just needs to be steady. πŸ™

I’m also thankful for the simple things that help me get through this like home remedies, fresh ingredients, and the care from family. Even the act of preparing these drinks feels comforting. It gives me a sense of control and hope that I am doing something good for myself. 😊

I am praying that I will be fully healed soon. But for now, I am choosing to be thankful for the improvement I am experiencing. πŸ˜Šβ€πŸ™

Have a Blessed Sunday everyone! πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–
