Hello everyone!
Hope all are safe and well! πβ€π
Today, I want to share another update about my condition after my burn incident. Honestly, today feels more difficult than the past days. ππ
The pain became more intense after the blisters popped. It gives a different kind of discomfort that is hard to explain. Even the smallest movement can trigger pain. I try to move my right hand very carefully, but sometimes, even a slight motion still hurts.π
Last night was not easy for me. I didnβt have a good sleep because I was trying to keep my right hand in one position. I was afraid that if I moved too much while sleeping, it might worsen the pain or affect the healing. It was a long and uncomfortable night.π
This morning, I decided to try another natural remedy. I went to our backyard and picked some herbal plants that we call white flower. Itβs something we usually use for simple treatments, and I thought it might help ease the pain. π
I carefully picked some leaves and flowers, washed them properly, and then boiled them in water. While waiting for it to boil, I was hoping that this simple remedy would somehow bring relief. π

When it was ready, I used the boiled water to gently cleanse the burned area. I made sure it's not too hot and to do it slowly and carefully because the skin is still very sensitive. After that, I softly rubbed the area and placed some of the leaves directly over the open burns to cover them. π’
I continued doing this throughout the day cleaning the area and changing the leaves whenever they dried. The pain is still there, but I noticed that it somehow lessens when I apply this herbal remedy. Even a small relief means a lot in times like this. π
This experience is really testing my patience. Itβs not easy to deal with pain every day, especially when it affects even the simplest things like moving your hand or getting enough sleep. But I am learning to slow down, to rest, and to listen to my body.π
I also realized how blessed we are to have simple resources around us, like herbal plants, that can help in times of need. Sometimes, the simplest remedies can bring comfort in ways we donβt expect.π
Despite everything, I still choose to be grateful. I may be in pain, but I know that healing is already happening little by little. I trust that in time, everything will be okay again. πππ
Have a Blessed Tuesday everyone! ππππππ
