Delicious Puto Cheese Made with Love and Gratitude

Hello everyone!

Hope all are safe and well! ☺️❤️🙏

Last Saturday was one of those busy yet fulfilling days for me. I spent most of my time in the kitchen making puto cheese because I had orders to fulfill. As some of you already know, I accept orders as a small sideline or additional income. It may not be big, but it surely helps and, more importantly, it makes me happy doing something I love like cooking and sharing food with others. ☺️

This time though, I didn’t really earn extra. I actually made more puto cheese than usual because it was also for my younger brother’s birthday. Instead of thinking about profit, I just told myself that at least I only added a few bucks more for the ingredients. Seeing my brother enjoy his birthday with homemade food was already worth it. ☺️

And guess what, I decided to try something new. I bought quick melt cheese, which made my expenses bigger than usual. I was honestly a bit hesitant at first because it costs more, but curiosity got the best of me. I really wanted to see the outcome and taste the difference. So far, I can say it was all good and yes, I liked it a lot! ☺️ The cheese melted nicely and gave the puto a richer and creamier taste. 😋

I am genuinely happy every time I make puto cheese and get to taste it fresh from the steamer. What I love most about my recipe is that it doesn’t have added sugar and no cooking oil as well. It’s simple, lighter, and perfect even for those who are trying to be mindful of what they eat. Knowing what goes into the food I serve gives me peace of mind. ☺️

You know that deep fulfillment you feel when you’re done cooking and your customers tell you they love it? That feeling is priceless. It makes all the effort worth it. Even my family enjoyed the puto cheese, and their honest reactions always matter the most to me. Sometimes, simple food prepared with love really brings people together. ☺️❤️

Of course, after the cooking session comes the not-so-fun part which is a lot of mess and dishes to wash and clean. 😅 The kitchen was a total disaster, but that’s part of the process. I always remind myself that a messy kitchen often means good food was made. ☺️

I’m truly grateful to know that there are people who trust my cooking skills and appreciate my products. It humbles me and motivates me to continue, even on days when I feel tired or overwhelmed. These small blessings remind me that every effort counts. ☺️❤️💪

Have a Blessed Sunday everyone! 😀😀😀💖💖💖

Thank You Lord for the blessings and love!

Be grateful in every little/simple things and you’ll find happiness you ever wanted! 😀😀😀

Everyday is worth to be grateful of!

Praying for the safety and wellness of all.
