A Warm Fiesta Welcome and a Table Full of Blessings 😊❤

It's been about a week since I last shared a blog. I have been quite busy with many things, so I had to take a little break from writing. Even though I wasn't active here, I was able to enjoy some wonderful moments with my family that I would love to share with all of you today.

One of the highlights of my week was visiting my cousin's hometown for their annual fiesta celebration. It was my very first time visiting their place, so I was excited to experience it.

From the moment we arrived, I immediately felt the warm hospitality that Filipinos are known for. My cousin welcomed us with big smiles and made us feel so comfortable. Honestly, I even joked that I felt like one of their VIP guests or should I say, their big princess! 🤭

They treated us so well that I couldn't help but feel special throughout our visit. 😊

Of course, no Filipino fiesta is complete without plenty of delicious food. 😋

The dining table was filled with different dishes, and everything looked so inviting. There were only a few visitors at that time, so everyone had the chance to enjoy the food without feeling rushed. We happily ate together while catching up with one another. 😊

After our meal, we even enjoyed drinking a little tuba while sharing stories, laughing, and reminiscing about old memories. Those simple conversations made the gathering even more meaningful. 😊❤

Sometimes, it is not only the food that makes an occasion memorable but also the people you share it with. 😊❤

As expected, I couldn't resist filling my plate with different dishes. 🤭

Everything looked delicious, so I wanted to taste a little bit of everything. My plate ended up being full, and thankfully, every bite was worth it. 😊😋

One thing that surprised me was that there were only a few visitors during the celebration. Because of that, there was still plenty of food left after everyone had eaten. 🤭

My cousin was so generous that they insisted we bring some food home. In fact, two trays of untouched food, along with several other dishes, came home with us. 🤭😊❤

I couldn't help but smile because it felt like the blessings continued even after the celebration ended. It reminded me of how generous and thoughtful our relatives are. ❤

As I reflected on the day, I realized that the best part of the fiesta was not just the delicious food or the take-home meals. It was the love, generosity, and warm welcome that we received from our cousin and the rest of the family. ❤

Those moments reminded me that true hospitality is not measured by how extravagant the celebration is but by how sincerely people make their guests feel at home.❤

I am truly grateful to my cousin and her husband for making us feel like very important guests during this special occasion. Their kindness, generosity, and warm hospitality made our first visit to their hometown unforgettable. 😊❤

Thank You, Lord, for another beautiful day, safe travels, delicious food, and precious memories with loved ones. These are the simple blessings that make life so meaningful. 🙏❤️
