A Heartwarming Hive Reunion: Lunch with @dizzyapple ☺️❤️

It finally happened. After what seemed like forever, I had the pleasure of meeting a fellow hiver, @dizzyapple, in person. Despite her being less active on Hive nowadays, our connection remained. We planned to meet at 10 am, but life had its own plans, and our rendezvous at Time Square Talamban in Cebu City took place around 11 am.

As we locked eyes for the first time, it felt like meeting an old friend. The comfort and ease with which we interacted made it hard to believe that this was our inaugural face-to-face encounter. With lunchtime fast approaching, we wasted no time deciding to dine at MIGAG, an unlimited samgyupsal restaurant nestled on the third floor of Time Square.

The restaurant offered an unlimited samgyupsal experience at a reasonable price of PHP 349 per adult. Given my light breakfast, I was ready to indulge in this gastronomic adventure. Before our orders arrived, we couldn't resist capturing the moment with a selfie, and upon the arrival of our food, we sought assistance from a waiter to take a photo of us together. The table was adorned with an array of delights—plain and marinated pork, rice, kimchi, lettuce, sautéed eggplant, potatoes, cucumber, salad, radish, crispy sweet potatoes, and refreshing iced tea.

Our lunch became a feast not only of delectable Korean barbecue but also of stories and laughter. As we cooked and savored each bite, the conversation flowed effortlessly. We covered a range of topics, from personal anecdotes to discussions about finance, insurance, Hive, and beyond. The clock seemed to tick away in harmony with our lively exchange, and before we knew it, it was almost 4 pm.

Our Friday meeting was nothing short of delightful. I encouraged @dizzyapple to return to Hive, hoping to see her back in action soon. Before parting ways, we captured another moment with a selfie—a tangible reminder of our wonderful time together.

In the end, it wasn't just a lunch; it was a heartwarming reunion, a testament to the meaningful connections forged in the digital realms of Hive. Here's to more face-to-face encounters with fellow hivers and the hope that @dizzyapple finds her way back to the buzzing world of Hive. Until next time!
