A Fluffier Banana Bread with No Added Sugar 😊❤

Today, I would like to share another successful baking adventure in our humble home. Yesterday, I made another batch of banana bread, and I am happy to say that it turned out much fluffier than the one I made before. 😊

I always enjoy experimenting in the kitchen, especially when I can turn simple ingredients into something delicious for the family. There is a special kind of happiness when you create food from what you already have at home and see your loved ones enjoy every bite. 😊❤

Just like my previous recipes, this banana bread was made using Energen that was about to expire in our store. Since the product was not selling well, I thought it would be better to use it rather than let it go to waste. I always try to find ways to maximize what we have because every item has value, especially nowadays when everything is becoming more expensive. 😊

Aside from the Energen, I also added flour, baking soda, eggs, cooking oil, water, and of course, ripe bananas. The bananas were the star ingredient because they gave the bread its natural sweetness and wonderful aroma. ❤

One thing I like about this recipe is that I did not add any sugar at all. The sweetness came from the Energen and the bananas themselves. Despite having no added sugar, the banana bread still tasted delicious and satisfying. 😊❤

What makes this baking experience even more special is that I still do not have a real oven. Instead, I continue using my improvised oven pot and firewood for cooking. Some people might think it is difficult, but honestly, I enjoy the challenge. It reminds me that good food does not always require expensive equipment. Sometimes creativity and determination are enough. 😄😊

Cooking with firewood also brings back simple memories of traditional cooking. It requires patience because you have to monitor the fire carefully, but seeing the finished product makes all the effort worthwhile. 😊❤

When the banana bread was finally done, I immediately noticed the difference. It looked fluffier, softer, and more appetizing than my previous version. The aroma is invitng and made everyone excited to taste it.

To make our snack time even better, I paired the banana bread with a bottle of Royal soft drink. It was a simple combination, but it tasted so good. 😊❤

There are only three of us in the house : my father, my mother, and me. I thought there would be leftovers for later, but I was wrong. 😅

The banana bread was so delicious that we finished everything in just one sitting! That alone was enough proof that the recipe was a success. Seeing my parents happily eating what I made brought me so much joy. In fact, they really loved it. 😊❤

Moments like this make me appreciate the simple things in life. We may not have fancy kitchens or expensive baking tools, but we have creativity, resourcefulness, and the love of family. Those things make every meal more meaningful. 😊❤🙏

This experience also reminded me that sometimes the best recipes come from unexpected ideas. What started as a way to use products that were about to expire became a delicious snack that brought smiles to our faces. 😊❤

Indeed, blessings can come in many forms even in a simple homemade banana bread shared with the people we love. 😊
