Last night, I took my family to the Kereneng evening market for the first time. Though I've been there several times before, this visit felt different. It was around seven o'clock in the evening, and the market was buzzing with activity.
My wife and our two kids were excited to explore the hustle and bustle. The market was packed with people buying and selling all sorts of things. We saw stalls with clothes, food, accessories, fruits, and even electrical tools.
The clothing section was the most interesting for my wife. She spent some time there and ended up buying me a headband, called an Udeng, which I use for work as a tour guide. It originally cost 110,000, but thanks to her amazing bargaining skills, she got it for 80,000. I always rely on her for bargaining!
Then, we went to buy a universal remote control for our TV because we had forgotten the original one. My wife managed to bring the price down from 65,000 to 40,000, including a battery. Her bargaining skills are truly impressive.
She also bought our daughter a towel. The original price was 35,000, but she got it down to 30,000, which was really good.
Of course, my children wanted to eat, so they chose Gogo fried chicken with rice and iced tea. We ended up having that for dinner. The rice and iced tea were free, so we could take as much as we wanted for the price we paid.
This visit to the market felt different because I went there with my entire family. Seeing their excitement and curiosity made the experience remarkable. It was an amazing evening, with my kids' eyes lighting up at the colorful displays and sharing this vibrant atmosphere together.
So nice that you can have family time bli.
Your wife has some serious skills, for me, I will just ask, and bargain twice. Either I will buy or I will leave. hahah
Yes, I can rely on her skill. Its not good when she is not around. I think you are better than me.

Dear beloved Hive creator,
Coding poet Gudasol here to support you sharing your art + life on Hive.
As a fellow creator, I know how hard it is to get the word out there.
I built cXc.world to help creators like us get more support from the blockchain community + beyond.

Bad news: Saying see you later to Hive! 👋
We didn't get the needed support to continue cXc.world on Hive, as our DHF proposal lacked votes, but [Good News Everyone] cXc.world will add a Markdown copy button, allowing you to easily share your music + music you find on Hive.
For now, we're on WAX, with tools you can use to mint your own Music/Media NFT collection.
