A Wonderful Weekend Well-Spent: Girls Day Out with Our Two Nieces at Mango Ranch, Valencia

Hello there, Hivers! How's your week so far?I hope you are enjoying it as much as I am enjoying mine!

So, I hope everybody also enjoyed and had fun over the weekend, as much as I did! It was a bit crazy busy, because we were tasked to babysit our two nieces, and accompany them in their recital.My sister and I were super ecstatic to spend time with them,since, it has been a while that we got to hang out, due to our overlapping schedules, and they were also crazy busy with their school work, and summer activities.

✨VISITING THE BARN AT MANGO RANCH✨

It was actually quite fun, since I also got to see for the first time, THE BARN, which was actually this huge events space located in Valencia. The place was literally right in the middle of this huge mountain boulder on one side, so the view of lush greeneries is one thing that attracted me to the place.

We had to be there a bit early, since they still had to have their final rehearsal inside the venue. After watching the two girls act, sing, and dance, together with their schoolmates, we had a hearty lunch at the East Wing. Right after the fellowship lunch, we went to the water park, which was just across the recital venue.
However, we kinda had a hard time locating where the water park's entrance was, so we went into George's Steakhouse, the ranch's resto, and asked for directions to the water park.

The place itself was nice, it was not too hot,so you can actually go around the place without worrying whether the heat of the sun is going to cause damage to your health while walking, and they also have food stalls in different parts of the water park, so that was also nice.

The place also had a lot of chairs and benches to lounge on, and so, I took advantage of it! I got to do some catch-up reading on the benches, while babysitting on my niece, who enjoyed the water splashes on the different sites inside the park.
So basically, we all had a fun time at Mango Ranch, relaxing with nature, enjoying the water splashes and trying to escape the scorching hot of the city center over the weekend. How was yours?
