Happy Tuesday Hivers!
I saw a news report saying that a super El Niño might be coming. I’m a bit worried about this because I’m thinking about what will happen to our plants. Even without the super El Niño, the plants are already suffering badly because of the intense heat.
If I remember correctly, the last time it rained in our area was around the first week of May. The rain was so heavy that we didn't water our plants for 3 days because the soil was still too wet. After that, it stopped raining completely.

Since then, we’ve been struggling with extreme heat again. Some of our plants didn’t bear any fruit at all, and even those that did only produced very small ones.
In farming, there really needs to be a balance between rain and sunlight. But if it is constantly very hot, the crops will not grow well and the harvest will suffer.
That’s why we keep praying for rain, because the plants are already struggling. Even though we water them every day, nothing compares to natural rainfall, it makes a big difference for the crops.

It had already been several days since the sky looked dark and cloudy, but it still wouldn’t rain. Then yesterday was different.
In the morning, the weather was very nice. The sky was so clear and blue, with no clouds at all. But around 11 AM, the surroundings suddenly became dark, and the sky turned very gloomy. Before 1 PM, the rain finally poured heavily.
My mother and I even said the same thing when it started raining, thank you, Lord, for the rain.

Finally, after so long of praying for rain, it has finally come. In the afternoon, my mother checked the garden and she was so happy to see that the plants looked healthier. That is truly the power of rain.
It’s a simple reminder that even after a long wait, good things can still arrive at the right time.

Thank you for reading and see you on my next blog. Cheers!
