To the Soul Who Made It This Far,
The past year has felt like a roller coaster, filled with so many challenges and unexpected ups and downs, especially when it came to health. There were moments of fear, uncertainty, and exhaustion, but through it all, you chose to stay strong and keep moving forward.
You held on to your faith and continued to trust in God, believing that somehow, everything would eventually be okay. It wasn’t always easy, but you learned that strength doesn’t mean never feeling afraid or overwhelmed, it means continuing to believe, even in the midst of difficult times.
At 43 and in the years ahead, prioritize your health. Don’t stress yourself too much over things that are beyond your control. Don’t overeat, overthink, or overreact to every situation. Sometimes, these things can also take a toll on your health.
Learn to take better care of your body, protect your peace, listen to what your body is telling you, and know when it is time to let things go. Not everything deserves a reaction, and not every problem is worth losing your peace over.

Pay attention to your spiritual life as well, and never neglect it. As you grow older, draw yourself closer to God and make your faith a stronger part of your journey.
Remember that drawing closer to God is not only about praying or seeking Him during difficult times. It is also about living out that faith by serving others, showing kindness, and being a blessing to the people around you.
When it comes to your finances, guard your money wisely. Don’t live beyond your means because sooner or later, it can lead to financial problems and unnecessary stress.
Learn to live within what you can afford. Save consistently so that when unexpected situations or emergencies come, you have something to rely on instead of having to borrow money or struggle to make ends meet.
Spend wisely, save consistently, invest for the future, and build a life where you can grow older with greater financial peace and independence.
And don’t forget to take care of your mental health. Life was not designed to be all about working, coming home, and repeating the same routine every day. There is so much more to life than just making a living.
Travel when you can. Explore the places you’ve always wanted to see, because sometimes, stepping away from your usual environment can help you breathe, reset, and see life from a different perspective. Traveling can give you experiences, memories, and moments that are good for your mind and soul.
Continue doing the things that bring you genuine happiness. Make time for the hobbies, experiences, and little things that make you feel alive. You don’t always have to be productive. Sometimes, it’s okay to simply enjoy life.
Remember that life is not about having everything figured out. It is about learning, growing, and becoming a better version of yourself. Take care of your health, stay close to God, be wise with your finances, protect your peace, and make time for the people and things that truly matter. Keep moving forward with gratitude, faith, and purpose. There is still so much life to live, places to explore, and beautiful memories waiting to be made.
Love lots,

Namaste! I am fond of reading books, watching korean, american and filipino series/movies and I am also fond of gardening. I love listening to different life stories and I am always captivated with the beauty of nature so travel is my escape when life turns into blue. But hey, how could I forget my photography hobby? It is one of the best, so follow me as I will be featuring my experiences of the stuff that I am passionate with.
