Together We Clean, Together We Prevent Dengue 🏠🛡️

Cleaning is very important in every household especially nowadays that we have received news about dengue outbreak specifically here in Bohol, so come with me and join me here in my journey.

Since it is holiday today we honor all our heroic heroes for their collective bravery and sacrifice in fighting our nation's freedom and also as we all know and based on the news dengue attack had begun and everyone is advised to make sure that our surrounding doesn't contain anything that would trigger the attack of dengue especially in our family, so here my mother said during weekend that since it is holiday on Monday we will clean and I have to help her she said, so here in as you can see that's the bottom part our house and it already has a lot of weeds.

As you can see that was me, and the weeds are thick and tall. I have to clean slowly especially my hands because the soil is kind of so hard possibly it will hurt my fingers. I wasn't all alone here, I have my brother who always throw the weeds whenever the trash can is full and he sweep also the area where jackfruit leaves are falling.

My mother was on the other side of this area where small weeds only are present, I chose those thick and tall one because I don't my mother get exhausted too much, but to lessen her works to do. I only finish those for almost 2 hours only and I thank God for giving me strength to do my tasks.

We are almost in the best part, here's my youngest brother sweeping all the dried leaves and also he was the one who arranged those rocks I don't why he did it, maybe because he had nothing to do except throwing the weeds in the garbage and sweeping.

Among the two of my brothers, this is the kind of brother that always extend his help to my mother, he said when I started cleaning "Just tell me if you're tired now because I will help" and then I asked him do you know how to do it? then he said yes, I was the one who helped Mama(mother) when you were not here back then so I am not surprised because I know how helpful and thoughtful he is, he always say yes to any tasks without having a grumpy face unlike my other brother haha

Also, one of the reason why we did this is to prevent the attack of dengue since we have heard and seen the news that there was already a dengue outbreak in Bohol and there are some people died already, that's why we have to do something and that something should start from our surrounding and maybe tomorrow we will continue our cleaning.

this is the AFTER Cleaning, and now we have to finish the other areas tomorrow again. it is now cleaned and ready to fight against the dengue fever attacked. I am glad that I was able to extend help and my brother too, the tasks was easier to be done having the help of everyone. Togetherness will lead to something greater than least we could expect.
