Hello everyone. It’s been a while I’ve not come back because of my busy days. As I was busy, I robbed a time to make my paper art and I was rushing to finish it today because of the time limit. Anyway, I am still happy I’d be able to participate.

So here I am making an origami vintage envelope. I didn’t have a chance to go to the store to buy papers, but I’m using the envelopes I found at home. First, I made the 6 folds of envelope.

How to Make a 6 Fold Envelope

Materials:

15x15 cm paper (Size depends on your choice but the measurement should have the same length and width.

Steps:

• Form the whole paper into a triangle crease where the upper-left corner meets the lower-right corner.
• When a triangle is formed, crease the side corners.
• Now you’ve seen a diamond form with tail of the cover.
  
• Insert the right folded corner into the left folded corner.
• Fold the upper part of the paper and bring at the back. Now you’ve seen a triangle with a contrast color.
• Design the envelope according to your preference.

How to Make a 15 Folds of an Envelope

In this type of an envelope, it is more complicated with many folds to follow. The design is simple, but it has a lot of creases than the upper envelope. Just like also at the first design, it doesn’t need glue and scissors.

Materials:

20x20 cm paper (Size depends on your choice but the measurement should have the same length and width).

Steps:

• Form an X fold. Then, unfold.
• Rotate the paper that forms into diamond. Fold left and right corners.
• Crease the above corner where the sides should meet left and right angles.
• It should form a triangle but the bottom is hanged.
  
• Crease the bottom triangle where its side meets the above line. Unfold.
• Crease each side of the bottom triangle. See the small diamond at the bottom? Unfold.
  
• Crease the bottom to make a bigger triangle. The vertix should meet the second folded line.
• Fold each left and right sides.
• Reverse the creased bottom of the folded sides until you create an up and down diamonds and left and right small triangles.
  
• Now that you create diamonds and triangles, follow the old line and refold.
• Insert the the diamonds and triangles into the folded envelope.
  
  Yay, it’s done! I hope you like it.
