Noodle Nirvana Challenge: "Vegetable Soup Recipé Mixing With Noodles"

Noodles is also a good kind source of carbohydrates, and everyone loves to eat noodles. Different kinds of flavors, either dried Noodles or Soup Noodles. Foe today's blog is related to our Weekly challenge with the theme: Noodle Nirvana initiated by our Great aseanhive friend, @justinparke. Noodles is also perfect for cold weather, and aside of that it can cook very easily and instantly. There are lots of dishes we can cook out of noodles and the most favorite is the vegetable soup mixed with Noodles. This morning, I decided to buy to Packs of noodles and this will be added to my vegetable soup. I learned how to cook this kind of nutritious and delicious dish from my Mother.

This kind of dish contains only few ingredients and this are;

  • Malunggay Leaves
  • Alugbati vegetables
  • Lemon Grass
  • Other Seasonings
  • Noodles
  • Onions

Preparations:

First, I removed the alugbati leaves from its stalks and put in a clean tupperware. I washed it with clean water so that the tiny insects just like appids will be washed out and the alugbati leaves will be clean.

Next, I also removed the malunggay Leaves on its stalks and put in a clean plate. Doing this kind of job takes a few minutes before it will completely finish.

I also prepared the noodles I brought and put in a clean plates, the seasonings from the noodles will added to the dish, this can give the taste very good. I teared the noodles into smaller pieces and covered so that insects can't came near at the noodles.

By cooking it, first boiled some right amount of water adding some lemon grass to make the aroma and taste perfect. When water boils, first add the alugbati leaves and boiled it for 10 minutes. Once the leaves will become soft and slimy, add the malunggay leaves next.

Next add the Malunggay, this kind of leafy vegetables can easily cook and it only needs to boiled at about 20 minutes only. Mixed it very well so that the vegetables will cook very well.

The seasonings comes from the noodles must be add next, and after that stir and mix all of the vegetables very carefully. Mixing and stirring many times will help the seasonings will be dissolved.

Next step is to add the noodles. After adding it, mixed very well until the noodles will become soft and slimy. We already love to cook different kinds of Filipino foods just like this one.

Vegetable soup with noodle dish is very perfect food to all breastfeed Mothers. This is also good to all especially to all children. Eating this kind of dish helps our body to become physically fit, strong and healthy.No side effects and can help to our body. Less expense because it only contains few ingredients. We also cook like this dish before, but just the simple one. Just the noodles and malunggay leaves. It tasted good.
