An Afternoon Spent at Campomanes Bay

Hello Hive Community!

It's been another few months since I last updated my space here. Life has been really busy, but now I do miss writing and thought of coming back to writing here. I really want to improve my writing and share our simple life in the province in a safe space such as this community.

I've been using a lot of AI at work to the point that I think my brain cells are sinking, my writing skill has become poorer, and my trust in myself has gone for the worse.

So here I am trying to train myself again to express my thoughts into words and looking for improvement after several months of consistency.

As my first entry again, I just want to share that this afternoon after church, my husband picked the kids and I and surprised us to a trip going to the beach in the nearby city.

As you can see in the photo, I'm still wearing my church clothes.
My husband brought clothes for the kids but not for me. He knew I I won't be dipping in the water as I got a ventosa last night.

Still, I would have appreciated if I wore comfortable clothes at the beach, but I just understand him.

The kids, especially the two younger ones, were craving for the beach, so wish granted! On our way, we just bought our lunch and ate it there. We also bought fresh buko or young coconut from one of the stores at the beach.

It's so refreshing.

I wasn't able to take a photo of the buko though.

It's so amazing to spend special moments like this with the family despite me having a frozen shoulder.

After we came home, I headed to the massage therapist again to have another massage of my shoulder and back. I really wanted to heal from the pain and start living normally again.
