Sleep, indeed, is essential. A 7-8 hours of sleep improves your brain performance, mood, and health. It also prevents some diseases like cardiovascular and other disorders. Don't be like me, sometimes, the pace of modern life barely gives you time to stop and rest. We all need to work to meet both ends but don't forget that your body needs attention too. If we don't get enough sleep, all our effort to earn money so we can enjoy life
will go to waste if you don't listen to what your body needs.

This is such an important reminder. It's so easy to overlook rest, especially now that social life is all online. But sleep is the foundation for everything, our health, mood, and productivity. Stay well and take care.
