This was my first visit for this new year at my Grand Parents place since I have lots of vacant time so I can travel anywhere. I decided to went there early in the morning to avoid the intense heat and as for that I prepared the important things I want to brought just like my sling bag, cellphone and phone charger. I also brought umbrella just in case if I catched up with the intense heat or Rain during my Travel adventure. I really much expected that my Grandparents will be truly surprised to see me visit them. It was 7 in the morning when I started to walked going at my GrandParent's place and it takes almost two hours since our house is quite far to my Grandparent's house. Despite of having a tiresome moments I was enjoyed watching those trees and some landscapes hill I passing by during my Travel. As I finally arrived at my Grandparent's place, I started to looked them but unlucky they went at the Market as my Cousin told. I keep waiting for them and while resting, I also watched the movie that my cousin played to keep me away from boredom situations.

While waiting them, I decided to explore the place about their simple way of living including their simple farm structures.

My Grandparent's house is made of light materials like bamboo pieces for floors and walls. The foundation of the house is made of lumbers. The place is very cool and relaxing because it is built under the big tree. Long chairs are made of lumbers shined with floor wax. Some of the walls are made of chopped bamboos called Salapsap.

Rooftop are made with this dry leaves called Anahaw our National leave here in the Country. This is my first time to see about this very unique rooftop, to make those place for not falling when it hit with strong winds, My Grandpa tied those leaves into two with straw and vines. He carefully placed the dry leaves so it can be more attractive and well organized.

Simple Farm Structures:

There are also some farm structures built here and all of it needs to renovate. The rooftop are also made with Anahaw Leaves and round tembers and bamboo pieces. I was very amazed about the farm structures my Grandpa Built. A chicken pen also built placing wires as fences and a pig pen made with bamboos including its fences and structure foundation. As for me, if this structures will be renovated it will be more attractive to see.

Seasonal Fruit trees:

One of my GrandParent's family source of income is this seasonal fruit trees like Manggoes. Every September, they harvested lots of Manggoes and sell at the Market fruit stands. This hundreds of manggoe trees are well marcotted and it helps them a lot. This plain and wide areas here are filled with lots of manggoe trees and only few banana plants and coconut trees can be seen.

My Grandma's Simple Garden:

My Grandma also have this simple garden and she planted lots of crops like Ginger and Lutya crops. She really like Gardening and as for her it can make her relaxing and have a productive time always. Her Garden is located near at their house so she can instantly went there.

Watering the plants is not also a problem because they also have water supply here. I am amazed because even if the residencial area is located at the mountainous place, needs to crossed the rivers still the water supply can reaches. Some of the neighbors are also connected with this main water pipes so they can also have lots of water.

My Grandparent's Sari-Sari store:

My Grandparents also have this Sari-Sari store, this is very helpful to all their neighbors so they can buy the things they wants without traveling to far. Luckily they sold lots of products and I hope it will always success. After a few hours of waiting them to arrived, finally they already arrived back home. My Grandma was very surprised to see me and offered a delicious snacks and having a great conversation. Until next post, have a nice day to everyone.
