My Daily Life Post: "Attending Community Service Activity and Second Day at My Simple Garden"

It only takes a few minutes before we arrived at the place. Our house is not quitely far from the areas where we going to clean and pur walking adventure was very enjoyable because it was early in the morning and no intense heat happens. After that, we started to clean the road side including the place where small boats placed. We only swept those dry leaves and dry grass and we out it in one place so it will easily carried away and put in the compost pit. Plastics and bottles are also separated so garbage collector wont be mad because the trash are now segregated, this is one of the rules here by doing segregation. We keep our best to clean the areas and our group leader told us to write our name on the attendance sheet and we finally went back home.

It was a dark cloud day as I noticed and I was afraid that it might be rain and I still did not prepared and cut those dey firewoods I've gathered last day. We hurriedly went home and as we arrived, I decided to cut this dry firewoods made of coconut palms. Luckily I have lots of empty sacks, that is why I instantly keep and put it inside the sack.

After that, I also went straight to my simple garden to checked the vegetables I've planted there. My eggplant grows bigger and I am very excited to harvest this one. I felt worried last day because the leaves are nearly dry, that is why I watered it daily and gladly it makes better again. My fruit of labor has already seen and I am really proud of it.

This is the only chilli pepper plants left at the seedling tray and some of it are already replanted at the garden. By next day, this young plants will be ready to replant to the ground and I also watered it very gently so it wont be dry and fastly grows healthy and better.

These are the chilli pepper plants I replanted at the garden and I did not put any sticks surrounded on it because my garden is secured with long nets that served as a fence. I put small amount of saw-dust as an organic fertilizer and after that watering it is very important also. Removing wild grass grows inside of the garden is also good so my vegetables will grow very healthy.

I planted this lemon grass last day and I am surprised that the leaves are started to grow taller even if I've planted last day. I applied it with an organic fertilizer also just like saw-dust and watering it every afternoon. I also planted some of the lemon grass here in this recycled plastic. I love recycling and everytime when I saw some things that perfect to reuse, I brought it home and used it as a pot for my ornamental plants and vegetables.

My Alugbati cuttings are also produced this young leaves, it shows that the cuttings are continuously stabled and by next month this alugbati of mine will produced lots of young leaves and vines. I have only small space of garden but the best way I did is that some of the vegetables I have are planted at the recycled pots. It was very nice and enjoyable experienced of my life and I already seen the fruitful success.
