We are back with our fifth Culture Corner made by me and so far is going great, I get to share the wonderfulness of the ASEAN community.

First off we have a post by @dreamrona and it is about street food. I love street food, they are really good and you can walk around while eating. You can also make street food at home especially with friends or family and it is a lot cheaper too. Our second post is made by @kellyane and I'm glad it rained after not having rain for like 4 weeks. Plants needs water and sunlight to many of those things are, well too much of anything can be bad. I really hope that the plants will make fruits, flowers, and grow soon.

Satisfying Our Street Food Cravings: Hot Coffee and Family Bonding Moments We Treasure Most
by: @dreamrona
(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Hello everyone! Living here on the farm is peaceful and rewarding. We enjoy fresh air, fresh vegetables, and a simple lifestyle surrounded by nature. However, there are times when we also crave some of the foods that are commonly available in the city. Even though we live far from town, it is still nice to enjoy our favorite Filipino snacks once in a while.

Finally, the Rain Came: An Answered Prayer

(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) I saw a news report saying that a super El Niño might be coming. I’m a bit worried about this because I’m thinking about what will happen to our plants. Even without the super El Niño, the plants are already suffering badly because of the intense heat.

Beautiful Sunday- Amateur Swimming Competition
by: @cdaveboyles23
(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) It's not me who joined the competition but my two daughters joined it. The youngest is the one who love swimming at 9 years old and my eldest daughter was challenged to joined so they are the delegations from their school. Their swimming competition was held in General Santos City. It happened a day before the earthquake hit General Santos/Saranggani province in Mindanao.

Taking newly harvested sticky rice and regular rice to be milled at a small rice mill (a different village) with my wife, And enjoy the nice views along the rural roads.

(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Today is another day for me and my wife went out. our granddaughter and autistic son went to school on the first day of this week.

The third post on this list is made by @cdaveboyles23 and it is about a swimming competition. I can't swim at all or even float which is not great at all, so I've always think that people who can swim are cool. I mean they can swim and compete without a life jacket or floats. Our last post is made by @kriang3teejoe and it about harvesting rice both normal rice and sticky rice. I've only remember seeing rice being milled for a couple of times since I usually live in the city or the mountain where there are no rice fields. I do remember helping my uncle harvest rice from the rice fields when I was little, and I am glad to be able to experience the process which is very cool.
