Greetings ASEAN Hivers, yours truly, @JustinParke here with another "No Post Left Behind", where I highlight and reward underserved Southeast Asian content that fell through the curation cracks.
I am still struggling to catch up with my ASEAN Hive duties, but rest assured it will eventually happen. Life has been crazy, I haven’t even been at home more than 2 days in the last two weeks. Whether it be getting kitties spayed and neutered or solving visa problems in Phnom Penh, some issue or problem has always been hanging over my head. I think I’ve put between 3,000 and 4,000 kilometers on my tuk-tuk’s odometer the last few weeks, an insane feat.
The following posts are worthy of your consideration because they are undervalued and from very tuned-in ASEAN Hivers. My daughter @srey-yuu helped to make the thumbnail for this post because I am on the road and only with my iPad, not the best device for doing work normally meant for a computer. Anyhow, get scrolling and see if you can find something of interest……
(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Attending your kid’s School Program is more than just being there and showing up – It is a powerful way to support their growth and develop more confidence and sense of belonging. No matter how small or trivial the activities are it is special for them, remember that those moments will be constant reminders of how much you love them and how active are we in being there at special moments.
(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Have you every craved for something and is about to cry when you know you can't have what you have craved for? Have you every craved for something and is about to cry when you know you can't have what you have craved for? That's what my son felt last night when I refused to buy him miki noodles. He accompanied me to buy fish for dinner, I also bought Vegetables and it is when he saw the noodles being sold.
(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Hello everyone. Yesterday my kids came back to tell me about what happened at school. Actually, I already knew that there would be one activity on Friday, which was that a nurse would come to the kids’ school to teach and demonstrate how to brush their teeth properly and then apply fluoride to the kids. How did I know? Haha, because the teacher sent a message in the LINE group of parents telling them to prepare toothbrushes for their kids to take to school the next day.
(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) I never imagined how much my six chickens would become a part of my life. At first, they were just a few birds in the backyard, but now, they’ve become a daily routine, and honestly, I can’t get away from them. Every morning, I’m greeted by their cheerful clucks and flapping wings as they eagerly wait for their breakfast. They’ve developed unique personalities, and I’ve started to recognize each of them by their little quirks.
