I would like to welcome you back to this week No Post Left Behind, especially after not posting it for a really long time. Our first post on this list is a post about field crabs and things about the crabs as well as things you can do with them. For example a lot of people especially in Thailand and Cambodia likes to fermented them and mix them with papaya salad. Anyway our second post is made by @newhope1988 and it is about all the food she made and her daily life with her kids. Honestly I don't really like pumpkin much but that food she made with them looks good.

Our third post is made by @shikika and it is about her magic recipe for Energen Vanilla Bread ala Cake. I gotta say it has a very interesting name for this cake and it looks simple to make too. Our last post is made by @gibic and it is about a nice and peaceful time in Bali. A lot of people don't like meditation and say that it is boring but I think it can be peaceful once you get it going.

^{(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ)} In my previous post, we dived into the pungent and spicy world of SomTumLao—the traditional papaya salad that journeyed from Laos into the heart of the Isaan region and eventually conquered all of Thailand. We talked about the importance of fermented fish sauce, but today we need to talk about the other "soul" of the salad: the Field Crab.

Starting at 6 am, I'll get myself ready, wash my face, brush my teeth, and then it's time to quietly drive to the market without telling the kids. Because if they find out, that means I'll spend more money! It's been raining a lot lately, both in the mornings and at night, but the mornings are always cool and pleasant. I drove to the market and saw the sunrise, a big red sun not far away. I took some pictures of the atmosphere to accompany my writing today, hehe, just my usual style, nothing more. After that, I walked into the market. Oh, I took another picture.

Sometimes, simple ideas born from practicality can create something wonderful inside the kitchen. 😁 Having a small store is truly helpful for daily living, but one of its disadvantages is dealing with products that are expired or about to expire.

A Week of Silence in Bali

You cross a moss-covered stone bridge, come up a narrow driveway, and suddenly you're standing in a compound of modest wooden buildings surrounded by green on every side. It feels genuinely cut off from the world, which, as it turns out, is exactly the point.
