Greetings ASEAN Hivers, yours truly, @JustinParke here with another "No Post Left Behind", where I highlight and reward underserved Southeast Asian content that fell through the curation cracks.
This week's curation features some posts from a few of ASEAN Hive's newest members, and of course all the posts are of a high caliber. Our first post is by one of ASEAN Hive's husbands, and with a little guidance from his Hive veteran wife, he's off to a great start on this platform. On a sad note I bring you a little bit of tragedy in the form of a motorbike crash you'll find in the second post I have for you, and underserved and heartfelt post.
Feeling lost? Well, the tattoo in the third post will keep you oriented. Yep, one of our very own ASEAN Hivers got himself a 🧭 tattooed on his back so that he never loses his way in life. Last but not least we get our hands dirty with a little gardening action. An equal mix of bean planting and family time was on the menu for this family, and I leave you with a reminder to take time and support any of these posts if they grab your attention.
(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Early in the morning, as always, we wake up to get ready for work. Unfortunately, my wife is not feeling well and has decided to take a COVID test. Similar to a pregnancy test, the kit reveals the news with double lines, indicating a positive result for COVID-19. She immediately distances herself from the rest of the family. Without the need for further questions, it's clear that we might have contracted the virus during a gathering or in a crowd. In response, I decide not to send my kids to school.
(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are fine wherever you are. On this occasion I will tell you a little about my sister-in-law's accident yesterday afternoon, so my husband and I were relaxing in our own small shop, we were joking and laughing with our little son. us, I'm happy when I see my son can be this happy, I hope it will continue like this, my first son asked me for permission to go with his grandfather to the garden by rickshaw, it's also true that children are very happy to ride a rickshaw, especially with friends.
(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) I was pretty proud of my tattoo and showing it off to my wife and mother. Of course, they got mad but little did they know it was only henna and will fade in a few days. During a short term of having that remarkable compass, the henna really felt like a real tattoo but inked or not, if one is eager to go where they wanted to, he will go, right? Anyway, after the ink faded on my skin, I felt like I threw away the money I paid, yet teh experience was priceless.
(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Hello! I want to share a special story from last year. It's a happy memory with my daughter. One day, we decided to plant long beans behind our house. It was a beautiful, sunny day. We dug in the soil and planted the beans together. We laughed and enjoyed our time. It felt good to be outside and working with the earth. This day was not just about planting beans. It was about spending time with my daughter and making a lovely memory.
Delegators are valued members of our community, so each @asean.hive curation post (other than the main weekly delegator raffle post) features a mini delegator raffle in the footer, with the winner receiving 15% post beneficiary.
There is no question of any post being behind he he he. In fact, both quality and love are very much alive in this community. Congratulations to all winners.
I hate to see good content go underserved, and that's why I love featuring these authors so much, thanks.
