Greetings ASEAN Hivers, yours truly, @JustinParke here with another "No Post Left Behind", where I highlight and reward underserved Southeast Asian content that fell through the curation cracks.
This week's collection of undervalued posts is eclectic as usual, but most importantly, all posts are high quality and published by engaged authors who always put their best foot forward on Hive. Our first post features a community member dealing with an extremely long wait at a local bank, but at least there are some tempting pastries on display. Our second post features a very enchanting endless beach in Bangladesh, not typically a place one thinks of when looking for white sandy beaches.
Our third posts takes us to an entrepreneurship fair and inspires the inner businessperson in all of us to create some ideas, products, and services. Last but not least is one of youngest and newest community members learning the mastery of Indonesian cuisine with her mom overseeing things. I highly encourage you to scroll on down and explore anything of interest, and smash the upvote button wherever you like if you feel compelled.
(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Today, I went to the bank in the morning to deposit money for paying our monthly bills. There were many people waiting their numbers to be called, but since there were only two tellers, the waiting was as slow as the sloth because they always prioritize PWD ( Person with Disability) and it includes senior citizens and pregnant women. There are clients who came in to make an appointment for U.S Visa and at the US Embassy Interviews and they are included in a number with letter P alphabet which means, it’s the teller assigned in PWD that assists them.
(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Today's day has started with beautiful weather and rainy nature, the surrounding environment is still a bit cloudy, the presence of many clouds is being observed in the sky. But sometimes the rays of the sun are seen ignoring the clouds and disappearing in the clouds. It looks like the whole day will be cloudy. Today, however, I will share with you some wonderful photography with a different feel.
(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Friends, today I am back with a new post. Today, I came with the feeling of going to the Bisik Entrepreneurship Fair. Some days ago, this fair was held in our city. Although I did not know anything about this fair. One day, I was going to eat at a restaurant. On the side of the road, I saw that this fair was organized in the main place of the city. Then we decided to visit this fair on the way back from the restaurant.
(ᴇxᴄᴇʀᴘᴛ) Today I cooked with my mother in the kitchen. I want to cook vegetables. Why do I want to cook vegetables? Because lately I rarely eat vegetables. So, what vegetables do I want to cook? I want to cook cassava leaf vegetables. What are the ingredients and how to make it? The ingredients are, cassava leaves (weed, boil, drain, then chop), coconut milk, minnow fish (fried), lemongrass, galangal and ginger (slice thinly then crush), brown sugar and 3 bay leaves.
Delegators are valued members of our community, so each @asean.hive curation post (other than the main weekly delegator raffle post) features a mini delegator raffle in the footer, with the winner receiving 15% post beneficiary.
A big congrats to the winners. That sounds like a busy but fulfilling day. I really like hearing about different cultures and everyday experiences. Asean Hive's the best
