     Greetings folks, way late but here is the raffle on Tuesday afternoon American time. The biggest news of all this week in the world of delegations is that we have a new GOLD member. The one and only @viviehardika, who has upped her delegation bit by bit in the SILVERs to until she broke the 500 HP barrier to entry. As a GOLD VIP she'll now have access to the monthly HBD savings rewards and more engagement support.

     Okay, what else is going on? Well, you can assume by this late post that I am busy here in the USA. We hate life here, can't wait to leave, constantly talk about how much we miss Cambodia, and are basically bored to death. Everything is expensive, so we never want to spend any money on things other than groceries or gas because a couple family dinners at a fancy restaurant could buy us a decent used motorbike in Cambodia.

     We have more or less accepted to treat this experience like when we were stranded in Suriname for three years during the pandemic. When our daughters have passports we will leave immediately whether or not my wife passes her citizenship test also. She's worried her English language skills won't be up to par in time and I don't disagree with because we both know many Cambodians that have lived here for decades and can't pass the citizenship test because of English language problems. How The VIP Delegator Raffle Works

     Every raffle I tally the total HP delegated to the @asean.hive curation account, and one raffle ticket is allocated for each HP delegated by you ASEAN Hivers (excluding [me] @justinparke, @srey-yuu, @sakana & @sreypov), with a minimum delegation of 50 HP to be eligible for the ASEAN Hive VIP 🥉 BRONZE Raffle.

     There are five separate raffles, one for each VIP tier, and each tier's prize is a post beneficiary status equivalent to the tier's total percentage of raffle tickets allocated. This means the percentages of each tier's share of the prize is fluid, and I think it makes the raffle more fun and fairer.

     This week's total effective HP is 218,059 HP, and total delegated HP is 203,662 HP (153,308 HP minus ASEAN team member delegations & delegations under 50 HP), so I plugged the numbers into my Raffle Picker iOS app, selected "pick winners," and the results were instantly and randomly calculated.
