January 10th, 2026Greetings folks, this week I noticed @godlovermel25 increased his delegation to 850 HP, and he climbed a few spaces within the GOLD VIPs. That was the only delegation news this week to speak of, but that wasn't the only action in ASEAN Hive. My two daughters @srey-yuu and @sakana have become more active again with their blogs, and I'm going to do my best to keep them motivated and blogging again on a regular basis.
I myself, however, have not managed to find my way back into posting. So much has changed since my last post, I'm in a different mental state and I don't know how I'll find my new writing style and/or what to take pictures of other than my family and cats. Indiana in the USA is isolating and boring, and we've all already decided we'll never visit the USA again once we have passports.
Anyhow, I'm rambling because that's what I do when I make these raffle posts. Rumor has it my village is no longer under siege by the Thai military, but there was some looting and lots of damage that will take years to repair. Many of the soldiers in my village will be traumatized by the drone grenade drops, F-16 bombings, and Israeli unmanned aerial vehicle patrols. I wish we could go back now, but life just doesn't have it in the cards now. All I want is for my children not to live through the same suffering my wife and I have and to have a better life than we did.

How The VIP Delegator Raffle Works
Every raffle I tally the total HP delegated to the @asean.hive curation account, and one raffle ticket is allocated for each HP delegated by you ASEAN Hivers (excluding [me] @justinparke, @srey-yuu, @sakana & @sreypov), with a minimum delegation of 50 HP to be eligible for the ASEAN Hive VIP 🥉 BRONZE Raffle.
There are five separate raffles, one for each VIP tier, and each tier's prize is a post beneficiary status equivalent to the tier's total percentage of raffle tickets allocated. This means the percentages of each tier's share of the prize is fluid, and I think it makes the raffle more fun and fairer.
This week's total effective HP is 212,410 HP, and total delegated HP is 197,842 HP (147,509 HP minus ASEAN team member delegations & delegations under 50 HP), so I plugged the numbers into my Raffle Picker iOS app, selected "pick winners," and the results were instantly and randomly calculated.
