Greetings Hivers, @justinparke here with another new ASEAN Hive Community Challenge for you all, π° Interesting Architecture ποΈ, a chance for us to highlight interesting structures and marvel at the power of the human imagination.
Β Β Β Do you have any strange structures, bizarre buildings, beautiful bridges, or tall towers near you? Whether it be a small hut in the forest or a museum in the city, architectural beauty can be found in many places. When we humans put our efforts into planning and design, we can build some pretty awe-inspiring creations. Here in Cambodia the most ornate buildings are usually the Buddhist monasteries and temples, and the roof design is often the most important part.
Β Β Β In my village there aren't any impressive structures, but there are a lot of modern resorts being built all around us.
Β Β Β There's no doubt we are a community abundant in talented cooks, and this challenge was a good example of that. Our first prize winner went above and beyond, and if you think it's just a recipe post, you're in for a surprise. That's all the teaser I'll give, to know more click and explore. Our first and second prize cooks delivered delicious noodles as well, and once again I learned to not curate while hungry.
When my nephew heard that I will be going out, he wanted to go with me to buy some ingredients at the market. So, I let him go with me together with her mother. I have here pictures when we are about to go out. My sister-in-law don't like to be included in the picture. ππ We only walk to the market because it is just a walking distance from our place. There are times that we ride a motorcycle or tricycle going to the market. But, that time we choose to walk only. π
I really really do love noodles. But, since I am into low carb diet since last year, I can not eat the the noodles sold in the grocery. I was glad I found an alternative. Shiritake noodles! I ordered it online together with other low carb products. Shiritake noodles have 0.1g of carbohydrates,0.1g of protein, zero sugar and zero soduim. It is white, soft texture, with neutral smell and chewing taste, odorless.
Why I called this a meatless spaghetti? I know you are all familiar how delicious a pasta can be. An original spaghetti has ground meat, carrots and red bell pepper sometimes even mushroom. But what I made above was just according to my budget and my capacity. What important is the taste and put some techniques to make it more special.
Β Β Β @Ecency is as a sponsor of our weekly challenges thanks to the lovely @melinda010100, who reached out to me with an offer of`1,000 Ecency points per month. With roughly 4 challenges a month, I've set aside 250 points for each challenge in addition to the usual post beneficiary rewards.
Β Β Β Delegators are valued members of our community, so each @asean.hive curation post (other than the main weekly delegator raffle post) features a mini delegator raffle in the footer, with the winner receiving 15% post beneficiary.
