Greetings ASEAN Hivers, when the electricity is out we all have ways to deal with it, so let's see how you ASEAN Hivers handle power cuts.
Β Β Β In Southeast Asia, power cuts are all too common, well maybe not Singapore, but it's a reality most of us living in this part of the world have to deal with. In Cambodia it's not uncommon to have unplanned power outages last from hours to days, so it's wise to keep phones charged and candles nearby. For this challenge I want to see what you ASEAN Hivers do when electricity is not available.
Β Β Β Whether in the middle of a big city or in a rural area, both environments are not immune to problems with the electric grid. Escaping the heat is often necessary when a power cut happens in the middle of the day, and if the middle of the night a good flashlight and some battery backup lights are a luxury. Show me your Southeast Asian ingenuity for this challenge folks, and I look forward to your entries.
Β Β Β This challenge proved to be very uplifting and full of good vibes. It was very hard to choose only three winner because all challenge entries were top-notch and well worth your time if family fun is your kind of thing. Just look at the airborne participants in the first post, just a hint of the what's inside these awesome winning entries.
Hello dear AseanHive Community! It's fun time when family bonding is in the air! Whether it's by land, sea or air, so long as the tie that binds the family is intact makes the most priceless moments. The sea is a gift for those who wanted to keep away from the busy streets and hot weather! By God's Grace, we were able to gather together for years due to distance from my kid's working places hence I consider this gathering phone of our precious family bonding.
I'm the type of person who finds something fun even in the smallest things. I am grateful for every moment that I'm able to share with my family. My parents and I live together, but because I work most of the time, we don't get the chance to go out a lot. Well, I also don't get enough budget for that at the moment, but it's OK. There are a lot of activities we could enjoy without needing much budget.
Hmmm the theme for this week is quite hard like for us that don't go out in our water world. But anyways I'd hunt pictures of our simple bonding together to submit in sir @justinparke @asean.hive community challenge. But first let me greet you an awesome Monday another blessed week has come. How time flies, back to school is getting nearer and nearer. Mom's like me will be so busy again.
Β Β Β Delegators are valued members of our community, so each @asean.hive curation post (other than the main weekly delegator raffle post) features a mini delegator raffle in the footer, with the winner receiving 15% post beneficiary.
Congratulations, Ladies! @sarimanok, @tegoshei, and @usagigallardo015. ππ₯πΎππππYou all had a fantastic family experience. It's lovely to see your families having fun together.β€οΈ
I agree, three talented content creators and power outage survivors, haha.
Absolutely! My good friend, the three individuals are not just talented creators, but also survivors of power outages. Can you imagine the delight they are experiencing despite the challenging and scorching conditions without electricity? It's truly a testament to the resilience of us Filipinos, who always manage to discover remarkable ways to bring joy into our lives.πππ
Congratulations to all winners @usagigallardo015,@sarimanok and @tegoshei ππ₯³ Have a nice day.
Thank you!
Respect and love to all those present. Also the electrical disturbance darkens the city after all. Which can be a very terrible suffering for mankind. Walking in the dark is a matter of bravery. But if there is no electricity for a day or two in our city, then we make the small children comfortable by ac/dc fan charging for some peace. Along with that, we have different charger light LED charger light helps us a lot to run in the darkness of night. But if there is no current for a long time, it becomes very difficult for my family. Although I don't have a tap in my house, we collect water in a tank with peas and store it. Power outages mean firstly water problems and secondly darkness in various parts of the city. But there is an opportunity to gain experience.
It's always good to be adaptable read for a power cut any time.
yes you are right
There was a good participation in this year's competition, everyone wrote well. Congratulations to all winners @sarimanok, @tegoshei, @usagigallardo015

Managing power cuts can be tough, hope everything goes well. Big congrats to all the winners though
I couldn't live without our battery backup lights. A simple but effective low-cost solution, and outside the capital cities here it's nearly impossible to buy light bulbs that don't contain a battery of some sort.
Congratulations all winners!
