This week's ASEAN Hive Community Challenge is about comparing and contrasting rural life vs. urban life in your country or wherever you live.
Β Β Β Many of us living in Southeast Asia have had the experience of living in both rural and urban areas, so this challenge provides an opportunity to reflect and compare. If you left your life in the countryside for a busy life in the city or you left the city life for a more peaceful and laid back rural lifestyle, this challenge is perfect for you. Even if you have experience living in only one of these environments, you can still create a challenge entry about your life might be different if you changed locations.
Β Β Β You can even create a post about how rural life vs. urban life is different for citizens in your country. For those of you living abroad, this would be particularly interesting for me, especially the Filipinos residing in the Arab countries. Some of us ASEAN Hivers might even have a life in both places at the same time, with a traditional family home in the countryside and a modern life in the big city. Okay, I look forward to your entries, let's keep moving.....
Β Β Β From
Greetings to my sisters and brothers of the AseanHivers Community! Are you doing your daily exercise today? Our theme for this week is about sports photography. My eldest son was a versatile athlete, and so are my grandkids. They're full of energy and enthusiasm when it comes to sports. They started to learn at an early age with my motivation. I never said no regarding their extracurricular activities in school and am their no.
Kick, kick and more kicks... Then drop down, rolling over the grasses , up and down. Such a very active ages of seven to fourteen. It is nice to be a kid once more. I can only sigh. Under the shades of the Santol tree near the house were the kids kicking ang flying as they might to reach the ball that they hang at its branch just enough for their toes to reach when they gallop the ball in the air. They were practicing the Sepak Takraw, locally known as Sipa that basically means kick.
Unfortunately, or well fortunately for the winners there were only two entries for this challenge. For this reason I am happily splitting the 3rd prize awards equally among our two winners.
Β Β Β Delegators are valued members of our community, so each @asean.hive curation post (other than the main weekly delegator raffle post) features a mini delegator raffle in the footer, with the winner receiving 15% post beneficiary.
The outstanding player is the symbol of childhood. I love the game though and respect everyone's amazing skills. Big thanks to the community for adding new weeks.
I don't understand, but thanks for your comment.
I wish I joined the sports challenge but I didnβt have enough time and never got the chance to spot people that played. Anyway, congratulations to both winners! Great job!
I had no time to go out too and I thought of my previous photos so I made it!π
I think rural life has its charm with peace and nature, but city life is exciting with more opportunities. Itβs fascinating how different both experiences can be. Everyone's story is unique. I'm loving the stories π₯°π₯°π₯°
A balance between the two can be nice, I've had this opportunity a few times in life.
Well said big brother you're right a balance between the two would be pretty nice

This challenge was very true... It has a big different between Rural and and urban life... I can really relate to this because I tried rural and urban place.
I can only do the urban life for a few days at a time, but I do love all the food choices and baked goods taht we don't have access to on the mountain.
Congratulations all with the best efforts.
Thank you!

Ok. The dark side of the moon isn't always dark. We just don't see it because it's at the back side and the moon always facing us the same direction.
I can still remember my school teacher explaining how the rotations of Earth and the moon are so matched that we never get to see the unlit side. I always felt that was wrong somehow but now that dot dog Earth has been proven, it all makes sense.
