Today I am honored to be invited to a meeting At the provincial hall About the fuel business in Cambodia And the floods in Afghanistan To alert people across the country Let people be careful .

Everyone stands up to greet our government. They tell us that they will inform us about the real situation in Cambodia especially, they referred to talk and discuss about oils business, how it goes, how it increases and methods to make price affordable for everyone.

In my country, some people face the lack of transportation, city bus is not the main ways for us to travel. Most people drive a motorcycle or car, so when the oil are increases, some people really face the difficult. Like in my town I spent 45-50 minutes to reach the city and I think if the price just goes up and up, people will be hard to adapt.

For a while observed unusual weather changes almost everywhere and in every country Some low-lying areas of Cambodia were also inundated But not by flooding, but by too much rain . The speech provided the information about maintaining the oil, quality on how to make it affordable for everyone to buy.

Some roads are flooded And several places are getting damage. Government must call people to suspend travel across the flooded roads To avoid any accidental accidents.

I am glad that our government care for us . They advised us a lot. Speaking of floods, I feel sorry for Afghanistan, where thousands of people have died. I have received the latest information, I have seen it and I am deeply saddened. The floods were devastating People's property and state property.

I came back home and see the river level is high. I live near the river and I always notice how the water increases. How is the river situation in your country now? I hope it fine. Well, when we talk about the ship in Cambodia. There are a lot which I can’t even count how many are there. This ship doing a business which is sand. As you know that Cambodia is a developing country so, sand is one of the most important things that help the architect to build big buildings in a city as well as houses.
