Hi, Entrepreneurial Friends
Greetings to all my reader, I want to celebrate the #Be-entrepreneur community for being a huge blessing and inspiration to me, I did not believe nor see this coming until, I joined the hive family, and specifically the @be-entrepreneur family, You guys are amazing set of people and am Glad to be part of you all. You guys are such a huge blessing, I have been notified that I have not been effectively engaging the community as expected, but am back to do it the way it is expected. Until my mindset shifted I never could believe that many things would be possible, As my mind shifted, I began to see myself doing a whole lots of things that I never could believe could be done by me. I will also celebrate great minds like @onealfa, @uyobong @kingswill, @inibless, @johnuko, @etorobong, @ocd, @ecency, @apreciator and many others that have so inspired and supported me.

We live in a society where everybody wants to see everything going smooth peaceful, productive, lovely, truthful, friendly and amazing, But any man by default wants to see the best, but they them self cannot offer what the truly expect from others. One of my mentor, often say that life in it true essence does not give or offer any man, what He desires, this is true and many also think that money can offer all that life needs, but as good as that can be, cannot give satisfaction, In my little age, I have seen many sacrifices so much and even go all out at all cost to make sure that money is never a problem but yet still, with money, life is still playing out in both beautiful and in most times, very ugly ways.

Saludos a todos mis lectores, quiero celebrar a la comunidad #Be-entrepreneur por ser una gran bendición e inspiración para mí, no creí ni vi venir esto hasta que, me uní a la familia de la colmena, y específicamente a la familia @be-entrepreneur, ustedes son un conjunto increíble de personas y estoy feliz de ser parte de todos ustedes. How did it get this bad?

I cannot really tell how but I will love to say that before now, maybe at some point in life, things were pretty good I guest but at some point the story change from what it was to what we see now, now in areas like my own, it has gone so bad that we can’t even know the navigations and how to go about.
In my opinion, I do believe that some persons who were supposed to have taken responsibility for event and happenings in the past, actually neglected the responsibility, because they had believe that since things were okay with them as at that material time, there will be no need to take responsibility in maintaining what was on ground.
As an entrepreneurs if we do not wake up and engage a mind shift, the society we find ourselves today, will continue in the shape and form that we have seen, we will leave no posterity for the next generation that are coming after us, we really need to arise and do the needful.

¿Cómo llegó a ser tan malo?

Realmente no puedo decir cómo, pero me encantaría decir que antes, tal vez en algún momento de la vida, las cosas estaban bastante bien, pero en algún momento la historia cambió de lo que era a lo que vemos ahora, ahora en áreas como la mía, ha ido tan mal que ni siquiera podemos saber las navegaciones y cómo seguir.
En mi opinión, creo que algunas personas que se supone que han asumido la responsabilidad de los eventos y acontecimientos en el pasado, en realidad descuidaron la responsabilidad, porque habían creído que como las cosas estaban bien con ellos como en ese momento material, no habrá necesidad de asumir la responsabilidad de mantener lo que estaba en el suelo.
Como empresarios, si no nos despertamos y cambiamos de mentalidad, la sociedad en la que nos encontramos hoy en día continuará en la forma que hemos visto, no dejaremos ninguna posteridad para la próxima generación que viene después de nosotros, realmente tenemos que levantarnos y hacer lo necesario.

What can we do about it?

A few thing borders my mind and I believe it will helpful to us, like I said in my last post, if we don’t calculatedly take the risk, it will still remain an impossible situation. I will be sharing just two basic things that we can engage in doing to make our society, what it should be, and as we engage those things I believe, we will see the society take shape, far beyond our expectation.

-Have the Right mindset:

Mindset are value system and believes that have been configured and structured in a person that is responsible in regulating activities around a man, This is often brought about by the kind of persons and the environment you spend your time in. You just have to unlearn and relearn, take off the old value system and bring in the new and the right mindset, this will not be easy but you will have to become the change that you want to see.

-Take Responsibility

This, in my opinion to many persons is still a joke, but I quiet believe that if we do what is to be done and the right way, we will get the right result. Taking Responsibility is simply doing what is to be done, the way it should be done, this will be very demanding and sacrificial but if we must make the society better for our generation and even the younger generation, then we must take Responsibility, the change truly begins with me and you. ¿Qué podemos hacer al respecto?

Unas cuantas cosas me vienen a la mente y creo que nos serán útiles, como dije en mi último post, si no nos arriesgamos de forma calculada, seguirá siendo una situación imposible. Voy a compartir sólo dos cosas básicas que podemos hacer para que nuestra sociedad sea lo que debería ser, y creo que al hacer estas cosas, veremos que la sociedad toma forma, mucho más allá de nuestras expectativas.

• Tener la mentalidad adecuada:

La mentalidad es el sistema de valores y creencias que se han configurado y estructurado en una persona que es responsable de regular las actividades que rodean a un hombre, Esto es a menudo provocado por el tipo de personas y el entorno en el que pasas tu tiempo. Solo tienes que desaprender y reaprender, quitarte el viejo sistema de valores y traer la nueva y correcta mentalidad, esto no será fácil pero tendrás que convertirte en el cambio que quieres ver.

• Asumir la responsabilidad

Esto, en mi opinión, sigue siendo una broma para muchas personas, pero creo firmemente que si hacemos lo que hay que hacer y de la manera correcta, obtendremos el resultado correcto. Asumir la responsabilidad es simplemente hacer lo que hay que hacer, de la manera en que se debe hacer, esto será muy exigente y sacrificado, pero si debemos hacer que la sociedad sea mejor para nuestra generación e incluso para la generación más joven, entonces debemos asumir la responsabilidad, el cambio realmente comienza conmigo y con usted.
