A Cloudy Monday Afternoon in Our Garden: Checking My Cassava Root Crops, Lemongrass, Vegetable Plants, and Growing Seedlings Healthy and Bountiful Harvest 🌱

Good afternoon, my dear friends and co-hivers! How are you today? This is you're hivemate @vellyn and welcome to my another episode of my blog here in this @hivegarden Community 🤗 🌻 I hope everyone is doing well and having a peaceful day.

Yesterday Monday afternoon, I spent some time checking our garden and farm. The weather was cloudy, and it looked like it might rain. Even though the sky was getting dark, I still wanted to see how my plants were doing.

I walked around our garden and checked the root crops that I planted. I looked at our cassava plants and checked their growth. As a farmer, I feel happy whenever I see my plants growing well. It reminds me that hard work and patience are important when taking care of a garden.

I also checked our other plants, including lemongrass, eggplant, pechay, kangkong, and bottle gourd. I looked at my seedlings to see if they were growing properly. These plants may still be small, but I hope they will grow healthy and give us a good harvest someday.

And also while I was looking at my plants in my garden on the farm I thought about digging up some sweetpotatoes.

So, I dug up some big sweet potatoes, so I cleaned them, then I peeled them with a knife, then I cooked them.

Then while I was cooking the sweet potato, I also looked at my chili seedlings hehehe, they are pretty small and skinny but I'm okay with just adding fertilizer hehehe

And also my Upo are getting bigger, I'm thankful because they're dying so quickly, I decided to build a house for them so they can die even faster.

Gardening is not always easy. We need to spend time watering the plants, checking the soil, and making sure they receive proper care. Sometimes the weather is unpredictable, especially when it is cloudy or rainy. Still, I enjoy spending time in our garden because it gives me peace and happiness.

That is how I spent my Monday afternoon, checking my root crops and seedlings. I hope my plants will continue to grow healthy in the coming days.
