Hey everyone,
We wanted to address some questions we've been receiving about the integration of #cryptocurrency into our game. As of now, we have decided not to include any crypto integration in our game, especially considering that it will most likely be released on #Steam. Our primary focus is on creating a captivating gaming experience without the complexity and potential risks associated with cryptocurrency integration. We believe that our game's core mechanics and storytelling should be the main focus for players, rather than introducing additional elements that may not align with our vision for the game.
Now, onto some exciting updates about our game's #battle system! We've been putting a lot of effort into developing a new system that's going to shake things up. This new system uses something called an #ATB (Active Time Battle) In the ATB system, each unit has a gauge that fills up over time, and when it's full, the unit can take an action, we've also introduced a range of loopable actions for each unit during #combat. These actions are customizable to suit different playstyles, adding depth and complexity to battles and making them more dynamic and engaging. Even though the combat is technically turn-based, it'll feel fluid and dynamic, almost like real-time combat.
During battles, you'll find yourself on a grid-based #battlefield, with your units having specific cooldowns for their actions. At the start of each battle, your units will be set in a pre-set formation, while enemy units will spawn in random locations, adding an element of surprise and #strategy to each encounter.

Hey game dev!
We're always happy to see more developers blogging on Hive. We believe the game should always weigh the pros and cons of using the block chain for their games and have projects in both spheres because of that. We're looking forward to seeing more about your game in the future!
We just happened past your post, but if you want at the #gamedev tag to your posts to be added to our manual curation trail!
