(Week 38 review) When Emotions Meet Melody: How Artists Use Sound to Tell Their Story

Hey there people!
Welcome to my review once again. It's beautiful to be back here in this space. Unlike last week which was themed and really technical, this week is free-themed, and I'm pretty sure a lot of artists had their fun this week.

Without wasting much time, some performances caught my attention:

@dubeh-playz

Isn't this just romantic? I fell in love listening to this saxophone cover. It's the type you listen to and sleep off in a mind-drifting state where all your positive thoughts are brought to life. I do admire saxophonists and people who play instruments in general. This cover is exceptional and I feel it deserves a spot in the top 15. Thanks for the experience, Dubeh!

@meyateingi

Am I the only one who saw that intro note? I knew we were up for good music from the onset of the first note. It was emotive and reminded me of the good old days. It was the type you'd listen to and just get chills while internalising the beautiful words sung in lovely vocals.

@babymoyin

She released an original that seemed like the cover of a foreign song, and I salute her for this—knowing fully well how hard it is to create music, and a memorable one at that! Good vocal display and musical composure! I loved it.
