Shed the tears, it's a sign of humanity. It means your heart is still alive, with that emotion to feel hurt and pain.
The news of the sudden demise of a loved one can suddenly throw you off balance, it can disorganise you, it's okay, you are only human, and you will rise again.

Shed the tears; they make you stronger, remind you of the limited time we all have on earth, and urge you to put it to good use.
Shed the tears; they relieve you and keep you going. But will there be a time you won't have to shed the tears again? I am not sure. The control over your emotions and mindset will determine when the thoughts creep in again; you may feel sad without shedding tears.
Ask yourself: Why am I still alive? Also, how am I living this gift of life? Am I proud of it? (The bad may be seen as good in the eyes and minds of others living in the world and for the world). Always seek good and the good of your neighbours.
It can be anyone tomorrow, we will all leave this world someday, and so what happens to life after death?

There is a Creator, the Almighty God, the Giver of Life, who created us in His own image and likeness and through God the Son, Jesus Christ, has shown us how to live our lives.
We are to imitate Him because He is truly the Way, the Truth and the Life. May we, through the Holy Spirit, receive wisdom and be directed on the way we should go, even when we are weak, spiritually and emotionally.
Think deeply, look at where you started and how far you have come. Be grateful for the gifts and blessings from God. Many people are still struggling to be where you are today. Be thankful and give a helping hand to people in need.
Find your purpose of creation and work towards achieving it. Live it, make an impact on lives, leave a good legacy behind.
Again, shed the tears if you really have to. Be strong, keep moving, life is too short. Pray, Live, Love, Laugh, Forgive and remain happy.
I hope this heals you. May God Almighty bless, protect, and strengthen you, Amen.
