My body clock is now shifted to a newer ones because I have now a new work environment. Well, I forgot to say that I have now a part time job slash maybe a full time one..
I started working from five in the afternoon and will end at ten in the evening. Now, my new work has just begun in the past few days and body clock is now shifted to a new one.
Well, my work before starts at seven thirty in the morning and will end at five thirty, that's corporate job for you and take note that I will wake up as early as five to six in the morning because I have something to do which is doing a blogging after waking up.
Now, because it is shifted, although, I wake up early but not as early as five to six in the morning but I wake up maybe around seven in the morning.
Also, my eating routine had not been change in my breakfast and lunch but in my dinner, there are a lot of changes because that five to ten pm work is a nonstop and I only have a few minutes left before starting with another work.
I am also glad that I wake up early now compared before that I wake up maybe ten to twelve which is not good because my breakfast and my lunch will be in one eating and that's why my eating habit changes.
Do I think it will change in the future?
Well, we don't know but I do think that my body clock will change over time and depending on my work, my body clock will really change because it's not the usual work that I have in the past few months but for now, I can say that there are a lot of changes in my body clock.
I am still adjusting with my body clock and my work since I have a new work and I need to make myself adjust for them and it was also the when I first started working in a corporate world that I adjusted my body clock just to fit with working in that corporate world.
