The Courage to Keep Learning
As I was working in a company before, I gained a couple or maybe lots of skills while working there and I was very thankful that I found myself a goal while working in that said company.
Before working in that company, it feels like I don't have a goal myself and it's like I just go with the flow with what's like gave me and after working in that said company, there were many that changed and skills that learned along the way.
Well, it's really hard at first because it was my first time to work in that kind of job and at the same time, it was also my first time working in a corporate world (except when I was having my on-the-job training which was also in a corporate world).
So yeah, I realize something while working and as i've gained a couple of skills, I now learn the hard way. Now, if I had to monetize one skill right now, I would say my perseverance...
Well, I chose that one because only a few people have perseverance in learning and acquiring new knowledge and skills because they want to stick with what they have learn from their past experience.
Perseverance in terms of learning new things and knowledge around me. The perseverance that If I don't know this one, makes me feel uncomfortable and it feels wrong to myself.
I think if my skill which is the perseverance can monetize right now, I would gladly use this to monetize this skill of my own and share or taught other people about the perseverance.
The one that pays for my skill will be the people who wants to learn about things. This will be not easy because when you talk about perseverance, you need to be slowly learning even if you fail many times, as long as you succeed, or you learn along the way that's what we call perseverance.
