How can I resolve conflicts at work?

In a workplace, we can't rule out a fact that there is sometimes conflicts between the workers in a workplace because of some misunderstanding or some were very prideful on their own that may caused them in a bad situation a company.

There are some incidents that we cannot predict about having conflicts. One thing that we can do about conflicts within the company and from your workplace is going to tell to the HR department to tell the whole story if you yourself witnessed the incident where and how it happened so that the HR will assess the situation on what to do with them.

Another thing that we do or choose is that we are the ones that will make peace with each others because workers are still workers in the company and these workers that the ones that help each other not for their own benefit but for the company itself.

Make a setting bounds within the workers about worth ethics and some rules to not make the same mistake again and also for the company that will grow for themselves as it will be helpful for them, too.

I didn't experience a firsthand conflict between the workplace before because I work from home before and that kind of scenario will not happen to me since I work from home at that time.

But what if, imagine myself that I will be the firsthand to experience a workplace conflict is that I will resolve as soon as possible because that's the only option that I can do to make my work more comfortable than having a work that is not comfortable because I had a small or big conflict with that person.

Having no conflicts in the company that I am working for is the best feeling because you don't have any problems with each of the workers and you just casually talk with them about work and even about life.

Having these awesome co-workers that are in the company is a great opportunity to know them but not having a conflict with them because it's not good for the image in the company.
