Now that I have experience working alone and working in a team, I think there's a big difference between them. Although, in working alone, you can have your me time in which you can focus more to become more creative, stuffs, that you can make because you can focus only in that work and not getting any trouble.
While in working in a team, well, you are a team and you can work as a team where you can collaborate together. Give opinions and suggestions with each other. It will also give you more creativity with the opinions of others and sometimes enhance these opinions and suggestions as you collaborate with the team that you have.
For me, I do like to work in a team because as a team, there were more knowledge and learnings that you can learn from a team. Why? Because as you can share your opinions or their opinions, you can understand more and learn even more. Although, you can learn by yourself but it hits different when working as a team since there are more brains than working by yourself in which you only have on your own like do it on your own, too.
It's a little bit draining when working alone while when working as a team, the work intended will be distributed amongst the other team and not focused on one.
It also depends on the team that you are working on because there were times that these team that you expected them to be were very toxic and not the way you wanted and just prefer to work alone. Well, there were lots of scenarios like that but depends on the team that you were on it.
While my role in a team is also to contribute the best interest for the team and not for myself. I also help them the best possible way for them to do the task easily.
Well, when working as a team, you just need to understand on their thoughts, ideas, or even their opinions so that you will get a hint or idea on what they want to achieve as a team and not for themselves.
It's one of an effective way to have the best team that you could imagine, a working together as a team and not by themselves one. I was also glad to work as a team as I learned so much from them, their guidance, their opinions, and stuffs.
