Between Stability and Growth

I have a concrete plan now and it's one of the toughest decision that I will made because it's not always this things that I am going to do but something that I want to change it. A change that will adjust the future of my work and every thing else.

Well, it's not that I am going to stay forever with my work considering that the pay rate is constant, There's no such thing as constant in work and the inflation hits hard in the Philippines, before, it was very good waay good because the inflation was not that high but now? and the pay rate is still the same as before, I don't think I can handle it anymore.

I can think of it that it's good and awesome because it was still higher than other workers but it's not enough and the inflation hits harder compared before. I can think of many reasons now on why I cannot continue with working that has a constant rate of work and it's not enough, still not enough if you were looking forward to increasing on it.

That's the hard reality of the world, or should I say the hard reality of working at a minimum wage earner and it's not enough. It's not enough thinking that there could be more to it if you explore more since online or freelance work has a vast network and not just stay something similar to a town where there's only a limited work to offer.

Exploring for extra work while working is good because I can get more opportunity and experience with things like this and that and also to get more knowledge on other platforms rather than sticking to a one job alone.

Just like if the previous Job is unhealthy or feeling that it's really toxic enough, I can get out of it and continue with the new job that I got.
