I feel you on spreading yourself too thin, or your focus too widely, as I also have many deep interests, so it's very easy for me to lose my focus by trying to focus on too much at once. Now I focus on those communities, activities, and people, that nourish me the most, and where there is a good, mutually-beneficial dynamic.
